1. "The Campaign" refers to the WORQ-Aid 3.0 Campaign.
   
   

2. "Campaign Period" refers to the period between "9th July 2021 to 20th August 2021".
   
   

3. "Seekers" refers to applicants seeking to participate in the WORQAid 3.0 Campaign to seek help.
   
   

4. "Givers" refers to the consultants participating in the WORQAid 3.0 Campaign to help Seekers with their areas of needs.
   
   

5. "Organizer" refers to the team from WORQ that organizes and administers the campaign.
   
   

6. The “WORQAid 3.0 Campaign” (“Campaign”) is organised by "Incompleteness Theorem Sdn Bhd" (WORQ) and will run from 9th July 2021 to 20th August 2021, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
   
   

7. Eligibility

   The Campaign is open to all entrepreneurs/ aspiring entrepreneurs and freelancers in any industry (“Eligible Participants”). "
   
   

8. Eligible Participants who are applying for the Campaign are known as Seekers.
   
   

9. Campaign Mechanics

   a. Download & create a SPARQ account

   b. Build and complete a personal profile creation in SPARQ.

   c. Post ""I need help with Digital Marketing Consultation" OR "I need help with Business Startup Consultation" OR "I need help with Business Continuity Consultation" OR "I need help with Business Portfolio Consultation" OR "I need help with Personal Portfolio Consultation"" in the SPARQ app. All posts should include #WORQAid as the hashtag.

   d. Complete Google form submission (the link will be posted in the post's comment section)

   e. Upon submission, wait for the Campaign Acceptance email with the assigned givers.

   f. Get connected with the Givers on SPARQ.

   g. Set up a consultation time with the Givers.

   h. Upon completion of the consultation, fill in a feedback form after the free consultation session.

10. By submitting the WORQ-Aid 3.0 Seeker Application Form, all Eligible Participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the WORQ-Aid 3.0 Terms and Conditions.
    
    

11. The organizer, will at its best efforts find and facilitate the matching of Givers to seekers with the same area of expertise to advise.
    
    

12. Submission of the form doesn't guarantee a match between seeker and Giver during the campaign period, however the Organizer will at their best efforts to assist through other means. The Seeker understands that participation in the campaign may or may not translate into consultation during the campaign period.
    
    

13. Givers rallied together for the campaign are independent parties and do not represent WORQ or SPARQ in any way. Seekers however may feedback their experiences with the seekers during the consultation, and the organizer will review the need for termination of the Giver’s participation in the campaign.
    
    

14. Organizer reserves the right to update the Terms & Conditions at any point of the campaign period where necessary.
    
    
    

15. Privacy Policy

Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”), Incompleteness Theorem Sdn Bhd (“WORQ”) is mindful and committed to the protection of your personal information and your privacy.

Collection of Personal Information

In order for us to provide you with our Product and/or Services and to operate in an efficient and effective manner, we may need to collect relevant personal information from you either manually or through our website. The personal information collected by us may be in the form of but is not limited to name, telephone number, business details or any other information stipulated by the PDPA.

Purposes of Processing

WORQ processes your personal data only for specific and limited purposes.

You agree that all personal data collected and/or processed by WORQ may include but not be limited to the following purposes:

To communicate with you;

To inform you of our products and services;

To respond to your queries;

To send you promotional material;

To process applications for and the provision of WORQ’s Products and/or Services and/or Campaign;

For marketing purposes and research purposes;

For all other purposes incidental and associated with any of the above.

Disclosure to Third Parties

WORQ may disclose your personal data to our affiliates or third parties that perform services on WORQ’s behalf and in doing so we will comply with all applicable laws, regulations and industry standards.

Acceptance of The Policy

You are given notice that the Products and/or Services will only be made available to you upon your accepting and expressly consenting to the terms of this Privacy Policy, where such express acceptance and consent shall be evidenced by you clicking or checking or indicating accordingly on the relevant consent portion of the registration/ application forms or such other documents as my be furnished to you, as the case may be.

By so indicating your acceptance of the terms of this Privacy Policy, you shall be deemed to have expressly consented to the processing of your personal data by WORQ or any of its authorized agents, employees, partners and/or contractors for purposes as outlined.

You hereby agree and accept that by registering and/or continuing to use the Products and/or Services, you authorize and consent to your personal data being processed by and where required, disclosed to classes of third parties as identified by WORQ for the purposes of WORQ providing the Products and/or Services to you. For the avoidance of doubt, you also hereby explicitly consent to WORQ processing any sensitive personal data relevant such purposes

Withdrawal of Consent

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, you may at any time withdraw your consent to WORQ processing any personal data of yours or to any part or portion of the same by sending to WORQ at the address set out below a written notice of withdrawal and within the period prescribed under the PDPA. WORQ shall take all necessary measures to give effect to your withdrawal of consent, to the extent that such withdrawal does not conflict with any of WORQ’s other legal obligations.

If you do not wish to have your personal data shared with any other party, or if you do not wish to be solicited for products or services offered by WORQ or any other parties including third parties, kindly inform us in writing at the communication information as given below.

You shall, upon written request, be granted access to all personal data held or stored or processed by WORQ. To avoid confusion, “access” for the purposes of this provision shall mean notification of such personal data of yours that is processed by or on behalf of WORQ and to have a copy of such personal data communicated or conveyed to you in an intelligible form of WORQs choosing.

Correction of Personal Data

You may at any time make a written request to WORQ to correct any personal data of yours that is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or out-of-date and WORQ shall, upon receipt of your written request for correction(s), take all necessary measures to give effect to such correction(s).
